She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Wear and Robert Wear; her husbands, Burl McCollum and Ivan "Bud" Ragle; her daughter Debra McCollum Alligood; her siblings, Blanche Stephens, Oral and Eugene Wear; and her niece Linda Keery.

She is survived by: her niece Judy Frost of Knoxville, TN; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sarah Parrish of Jacksonville, FL, Elizabeth Milling of Savannah, GA, Robert B. Frost Jr. of Knoxville, TN and Stephen Grant of Jacksonville, FL.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 220 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Everett Hills Baptist Church (401 S Everett High Rd, Maryville, TN 37804). A reception will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
