He is survived by : his sisters, Mary, Nellie, Ruth and Margaret; his children, Carl Taylor, Jr. and Joni Taylor; his daughter-in-law Rosalind Taylor; and his grandchildren, Bianca J Elliott, Fatima Moore (Greg), Rosalind Horace (Victor) and Carl E. Taylor (Debrea). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and friends.
