She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Herron and Laura Louise Poindexter O'Kelly; her uncle John; her aunt Judith Poindexter; and her grandparents, Seth Herron, LaVerne Turnage O'Kelly, Clarence E., Zela Poindexter Nash and John Poindexter.
She is survived by: her friends, Mary Kelly, Don Riggle, Ann Stitt Elam, Margaret Harris Boyd of Mason, Bill of Mason, Lois Martin of Mason, George, Carolyn Hammonds of Alabama and Cathy Stevens Tucker of Collierville; and also Mella Weeze.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home (1701 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (11458 TN-59, Mason, TN 38049).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Cedar Hill Cemetery in care of PO Box 31 Mason, TN.
