He is survived by: his wife Sandra Manns Box of Atwood; his daughters, Rhonda Cunningham (Donald) of Atwood and Keshia Eubank (Scott) of Midlothian, TX; his grandchildren, Drew Cunningham, Cody Cunningham, Logan Eubank and Emily Eubank; and his great grandchild Nellie Kate Cunningham.
