He is survived by: his wife Jill Phelps of McKenzie, TN.; his son Samuel Adam Phelps of Henderson, TN; his stepsons, Joshua Ray Baker of McKenzie, TN and Jacob Thomas Baker of Sharon, TN.; his mother Iris Ann Phelps of Gleason, TN; his siblings, Billy Phelps Jr. (Teresa) of McKenzie, TN and Teresa Porter (Larry) of Greenfield, TN.; and his grandson Matthew Ray Baker.
