He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lindsley and Elizabeth Hudson Lindsley; and his siblings, Lucy Mae Lamberth, Marie Rinard and Houston Lindsley.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Lindsley of McKenzie; his children, Melanie Dawn Kelley of Cookeville and Perry Douglas Lindsley (Kathy) of Macungie, PA; and his brother John Lindsley of Portland, TN. He is also survived by three grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
