He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Louis and Annie Christine Wilson Webb. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fay Barlar Webb of McKenzie; his children, Tammy Renee Potter (Scott) of Nashville, Louis Wayne Webb of Jackson, James Stacy Webb (Jackie) of Nolensville, TN and Kevin Curtis Webb (Renee) of Summerville; his sisters, Katherine Ann Garner (Conan) of Wichita and Frances Jane Deines (Bill) of McKenzie; and his grandchildren, Nicole Renee Webb, Joshua Reece Webb, Noah Dylan Webb and Dianna Fay Webb.
