She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Duvall and Nina Woolard Duvall; her husbands, Warren Welch, Sr., James F. Mattox and Joe Lee Hardin; her daughter Sandra Mattox; and her sisters, Evelyn Burges and Betty Kearns.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hayes (Mike), Mike Mattox (Patsy) and Warren Welch (Jeanne); her stepson Jim Mattox; and her siblings, Roberta Whitehead, Ginny McLaren, Joe Duvall, Robert Duvall, Jr. and Paul Duvall. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
