He is survived by: his son Jason Mize of Paris; his siblings, Wilma Slick of Oklahoma, Wanda Perkins of Oklahoma, Joyce Ann Hill of Oklahoma, Roy Mize of Oklahoma, Ted Mize of Oklahoma, Kenneth Mize of Oklahoma and Bob Mize of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jacob Mize and Moriah Mize; and his great grandchildren, Story Mize and Jayce Mize.
