He is survived by: his children, Dawn Michele Garrett (David) of McKenzie, Andrea Smothers (Scott) of Paris, Quentin Ray Cunningham (Robyn) of Big Sandy, TN and Steven Wayne Cunningham (Micki) of McKenzie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
