She is survived by: her husband Phil Gentile; her children, Matthew Ryan Barker, Brandy Nicole Carr (David) and Andrea Michelle Coulter (Shawn); and her siblings, Jackie Arnold, Marty Arnold (Brenda), Christie Daniels (Justin) and Nancy Puckett. She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
