He is survived by: his wife June McCain Green of McKenzie; his children, Melanie Sawyer (Rusty) of McKenzie, Candace Lindsey (Ryan) of McKenzie and Tucker Green of McKenzie; and his siblings, Cathy Green of Murray, KY, Sherry Fowler of Gleason, Tammy Williams (Randy) of Dresden, Paula Gordon (Eric) of Gleason, James Ray Green (Regina) of McKenzie, Terry Green of Gleason and Mike Green (Denise) of Gleason. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
