She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Urar and Martha Pearl Donnell (Flowers); her sister Karen Rikard; and her nephews, Billy Joe Rikard and Kenneth Spicer.
She is survived by: her sons, Brandon, Kiley Easley and Justin Easley of Kenton; her grandchildren, Aycen of Utah, Ashton of Utah and Amaia Easley of Utah; and her siblings, Marlene Donnell of Troy, Kenny of Union City, Jimmy Donnell of Union City, Ricky Donnell of Tiptonville and Jeffrey Donnell of Troy.
