She is survived by: her husband Gary Simmons of McKenzie; her daughters, Ashley Beeler (Tim) of McKenzie and Allison Evans (John) of Arlington, VA; and her grandchildren, Drew Beeler, Carli Beeler, Miles Beeler and Gus Evans.
