She was predeceased by: her parents, Edd Eulon Clark and Eva Gooch Clark; her husband Oscar Clark; her children, Jeff Clark, Kenneth Clark and Baby Boy Clark; and her siblings, Gilbert Eubank, Houston Eubank, Clifford Eubank, Cletus Eubank, Helon Eubank, Loy Eubank, Edward Eubank Jr., Lilly Berryman, Berlene Wood and Lera Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Clark of McKenzie, Tennessee; her sister Ruth Wallace of Elkton, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Heather Goodrum, Jennifer Clark, Steven Hugueley, Stephanie Cooper, Beth Clark and Bradley Clark. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
