She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lewis and Flossie Stout Lewis; her husband James Tegethoff; and her great grandchild Travis Savage. She is survived by: her children, Linda Meek, Judy Hubble (Farrell) and Dennis Tegethoff (Jenise) of McKenzie. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
