It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gaylon Wallace Hickman (McKenzie, Tennessee), who passed away on October 1, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Hickman and Edwina Ridley Hickman; his son Daniel Hickman; and his brothers, Gordon Hickman and Doug Hickman.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Arnold Hickman of McKenzie; his children, Gaye Coleman (Dale) of McKenzie and David Hickman (Lynda) of McKenzie; his grandchildren, Lauren Hickman, Meagan Hickman, Rebekah Wales (Travis), Jacob Coleman (Misti) and Sheridan Mendenhall (Chase); and his great grandchildren, Ginny, Olivia, Anna Beth, Lynnsie, Creek, Silas, Myles and Lucas.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
