He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley and Lucille Berry Haynes; his wife Sadie Clark Haynes; his children, Carol Smith and Michael Haynes; and his brother James Thomas Haynes.
He is survived by: his sons, Tyrone Haynes of McKenzie, David Haynes of McKenzie, Terry Haynes of McKenzie and Darrell Smith of McKenzie; and his sisters, Minnie Pearl Haynes of McKenzie, Florence Oglesby of McKenzie and Ruby Owens of Henry. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
