He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Marshall Russell; his son Charles Dwayne Russell; and his brother Charles F. Russell. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Heath Russell of McKenzie; his sons, Marshall Russell (Robin) of McKenzie and Steven Russell (Cherry) of McKenzie; his grandchildren, John Russell (Jennifer), Lee Russell (Mandi), Travis Russell (Bethany) and Elizabeth Owen (Kody); and his great grandchildren, John Alden Russell, Sumner Russell, Conner Russell and Piper Russell.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Carroll County Animal Shelter, First United Methodist Church or the Charity of your choice.
