With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Thomas Woodson (McKenzie, Tennessee), born in Alamo, Tennessee, who passed away on October 19, 2019 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Thomas Woodson Sr. and Elizabeth Burrow Woodson; his wife Rita Woodson; his children, Jennifer Smith (Terry) of Murfreesboro, Kathy Higgins of Woodbury, Thomas Woodson (Keri) of McKenzie, Zachary Woodson (Alla) of Chicago and Joshua "J. J."; and his siblings, Trannie Woodson-Ball of Greenfield, Ruth Kelly of Cedar Grove and Dwayne Woodson of McKenzie.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Madison Academy Alumni Association in Jim's name.
