She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Ray Cook; her daughter Betsy Barcroft; and her brother Thomas Ray Morris. She is survived by: her parents, Hughlon A. Morris and Georgia Brawner Morris; her son Phillip Cook (Julie) of Dyersburg; her siblings, Evelyn Tucker of McKenzie and Gordon Morris (Paula) of Sharon; and her grandchildren, Russell Cook (Yuli), Christopher Cook (Tammy), William Cook (Erica), Matt Whitehead (Bora) and Mark Whitehead (Julie). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
