She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leslie and Irene Whitfield Hatley; her husband Dewey Chism; and her son Ricky Chism. She is survived by: her brother John Forgy; her son Randy Chism of Union City; her sister Gladys McCormick of Memphis; and her granddaughters, Ashlyn Chism of Charleston, SC and Caroline Chism of Union City.
