He is survived by: his children, Gail Duggin (Richard) of Columbus, MS, Dan Winstead (Elaine) of Ooltewah and Stephen Winstead (Melanie) of Ripley; his siblings, Samantha Nunnery (Terry) of South Dakota, Debbie Roberts (Mike) of Milan, Bill Winstead (Betty) of Dyersburg, Ronald Winstead (Bettie) of Martin, Jim Winstead (Betty) of Martin, Thomas Winstead (Debbie) of Dresden, Terry Winstead (Billie) of Memphis, Walter Winstead (Andrea) of Mayfield, KY and Michael Winstead (Kaye) of Dukedom; his grandchildren, Stephanie Winstead, Danna Winstead, Thomas Winstead, Brittany Owen (Sam), Rebecca Cordray (Nate), Brady Duggin and Emerson Winstead; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Hoskins, Ansley Neely, Oliver Owen and Nate Owen (Pat Hopper) of McKenzie.
