He is survived by: his wife Doris Hinton Blackman of McKenzie; and his siblings, Cissy Rudd of Charlotte, NC, Sherry Smith (Richard) of Alexis, NC, Tim Payne (Kim) of Alexis, NC and Brian Payne (Lisa).
