He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas H. Smith and Hula Brown Morris Smith. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane English Smith of Trezevant; and his children, Dennise Green (Mike) of Gleason, Darrell Smith (Jamie) of Greenfield, TN and Douglas Smith of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
