She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Galbraith and James Galbraith; her former husband Charles B. Whitaker; her husband John T. Radel; her son Thomas W. Radel; and her grandson Michael J. Whitaker.
She is survived by: her children, James R. Whitaker (Sharon), David C. Whitaker (Tricia) of New Philadelphia, MS, William A. Whitaker (Donna) of Mentor, OH, John D. Radel (Glenda) of Trenton, OH and Pamela J. Largen (John) of McKenzie, TN. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
