She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe McCadams of McKenzie; her daughter Jacqueline Purcell (Chuck); her grandchildren, Sarah Spraggins (Andrew), Will Purcell (Molly) and Caroline Meinert (Daniel); and her great grandchildren, Stella and Liam Spraggins.
