She was predeceased by: her brother Harlon Baker. She is survived by: her husband Cletis Wray Forrest of Big Sandy; her children, Cathy Busy of Big Sandy, Carman Ratteree (Tim) of Dallas, GA and David Forrest (Tammy) of McKenzie; and her siblings, Dottie Stanley (Gary) of McKenzie, Kay Schwerdtfeger (Gene) of Jackson, TN and Gary Baker of McKenzie. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
