He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas Harvey and Sarah Tracy Kelechner Harvey; and his siblings, Dorothy Hagen and Charles Hagen. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Doig and Steven Harvey of Idaho; his siblings, Rio Carlson of Luthersburg, PA, Blythe Hagen (Shirley) of DuBois, PA and George Harvey (Doreen) of Tehachap, CA; and his wife Mary Ray Harvey. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
