He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Todd and Kathryn Perry Todd; and his siblings, Robbie Harmon and Ted Todd. He is survived by: his brother Dan Todd (Joan) of Purcell, OK; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Todd of Paris, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
