She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Wallace; her children, Victoria Story (Kelly) of McKenzie, TN and Vernon Moore of McKenzie, TN; her siblings, Sally Martin of Clinton, TN and Rickie Bunch (Linda) of Clinton, TN; her stepdaughters, Sheela Frazier (James) of Puryear and Teresa Smith (Jonathon) of Paris; and her grandchildren, Heather Story, Donnie Boyd, Madison Boyd, Sidney Frazier, Shandi Cooper (Andrew), Samantha Mead (Matthew) and Kaitlyn Powell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
