He is survived by: his wife Sandra Scarbrough Abell of McKenzie, TN; his sons, Pat Abell of Lewisburg, KY and Mike Abell of Collierville, TN; and his sister Wanita Peirce of Charlestown, IN.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
