He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnny Green and Clara Powell Green; his sister Brenda Thurman; and his daughter-in-law Tammie Holt Green. He is survived by : his children, Terry Green (Tina) of McMinnville, Mike Green of McMinnville and Stacy Turner of McMinnville; and his siblings, Kay Risner of Nashville and David P'Pool. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
