It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Newton Ross Rowland (McMinnville, Tennessee), who passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Powell Rowland and Ina Rowland; his brother-in-law Tom Moran; and his nephew Pat Moran. He is survived by: his pets, Pete and Mister; his children, Newton Chad Rowland (Kim), Candice Ann Rowland (Al) and Jimmy Shane Rowland; his grandchildren, Sarin Rowland, Elena Rowland and Miya Rowland; his sister Eva Lois Moran; his nephews, Rayce Rowland Henson, Russ Moran and Steve Moran (Karen); and his niece-in-law Rhonda Moran.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Mt. View Cemetery (209 Mountain St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110).
