She was predeceased by: her brother Charles Douglas Thaxton; and her nephew Douglas Thaxton. She is survived by: her cousin Berry Lannom; and her nieces and nephews, Jeff Thaxton, Jay Thaxton, Debra Jean O'Connell and Lisa Swarts.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Cemetery (1635 Mt Zion Rd, McMinnville, TN 37110).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice of McMinnville or the organization of your choice.
