He is survived by: his parents, Casey Paul Fults and Alisha Jennings of McMinnville, TN; his grandparents, Sheila Nash (Rick Judkins) of McMinnville, TN and Troy Jennings of McMinnville, TN; his great-grandparents, Bootsie Jennings of McMinnville, TN, Bill Garrett of McMinnville, TN and Louise Fults; his aunts and uncles, Jessica Mullins (Boo), Haley Lewis, Quinn Crim and Siaenna Womack; his great-uncles and great-aunts, Mike, Sheila Smith, Leah Fanning (Dwight), Jody and Brandy Jennings; his friend Teresa Mayo; his cousins, Jamison Crim, Arial, Savannah Mullins and Nathan Griffith; and his caregiver Paige Buhl.
