She is survived by: her husband Joseph Charles Chambliss; her grandchildren, Kaylee Renee Chambliss of Medina, Joseph Chase Chambliss of Medina and Graclyn Ann-Marie Caddin of Medina; and her siblings, Chris Vanhook of Campton, Kentucky and Reba Vanhook of Somerset, Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
