He was predeceased by: his father George William Edwards Sr.; and his brother Reginald E. Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Fannie Geraldine Edwards of Buford; his siblings, George William Edwards Jr. of Buford, Pamela D. Ellis (Frank Pegues) of Riverdale and Tina Edwards Blackmon (Irving Blackmon); his nieces, C. Dawn, D'Andre Martin of Atlanta and Trinity Ann Jackson of Lawrenceville; and also Langston Martin of Atlanta. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
