She was predeceased by: her husband Mack Cook; her brother Jack McAskill; her daughters, Carolyn Cook Bryant (David) and Judy Cook Ross (Ricky); and her son-in-law Garry Stephens.
She is survived by: her former spouse McClellan Cook (Mack); her grandsons, James Grimes (Amy), Jeff Grimes (Christina), Justin Grimes (Amelia), Josh Stephens (Alex), Zach Stephens (Samantha) and Michael Ross (Anna Katherine); and her great grandchildren, Annie, Jimmy, Bobby, Jack Grimes, Isabella, Benjamin, Nicholas, Julianna, Timmothy Stephens and Colton Jonathan Grimes.
