Betty Rutledge Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Rutledge of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on January 6, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil McCullough and Eunice Rexstraw McCullough; and her siblings, Ralph McCullough and Jerldine Young. She is survived by: her husband Rev. James Huey Rutledge; her children, Kirk Rutledge (Rhonda) of Iuka and Donna Williams (Larry) of Amory; her grandchildren, Casey Rutledge (Dana) of Tupelo, Alston Parker (Megan) of Fair Hope, AL, Kelby Williams (Lindley) of Amory, Zack Rutledge (Kaylah) of Mooreville, Leah Houston (Jeremy) of Cherokee, AL and Luke Killingsworth of Meridian; her brother Keith McCullough (Mary) of Ecru; her sister-in-law Annette Smith; and also Samantha Thompson (Dusty) of Fulton. She is also survived by great grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
