He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo May and Gertrude May; his daughters, Leah May Dennen and Martha May; his granddaughter Hilary Dennen; his siblings, Bill May and Regina Thompson; and his son David May (Lee Etta Mead). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, a burial service only, will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery at noon on Monday, December 14, 2020.

The family requests memorial donations be sent to a Humane Society of your choice or Collierville United Methodist Church.
