He was predeceased by: his brother Sammy Butler. He is survived by: his daughters, Mallorie Butler Curley (Joshua) of Wendell, NC and Lindsey C. Rowland (Jason) of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchildren, Holden Michael Curley, Cash Michael Rowland, Josie Christenbury and Gabriel Rowland; and his pet Whiskey.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, facial coverings and social distancing are observed.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested making memorial contributions to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
