She is survived by: her children, Phillip Wayne Blaylock (Janet) of Murfreesboro, TN and Sharon Blaylock Pollard of Lakeland, TN.; her grandchildren, Laurie McCaleb of Lakeland, TN, Carrie Thompson (Brad) of Lebanon, TN and Brian Blaylock (Jaime); her great grandchildren, Amber Williams (Chris), Hunter McCaleb, Mason Thompson, Taylor Thompson, Brooke Thompson, Summer Thompson, Canaan Blaylock, Connor Blaylock and Charlotte Blaylock; and her great great grandchild Ruth Harper Williams.
