She was predeceased by: her parents, John Douglas Gentry and Irene McCullough Gentry; her husband Rudy Westray; her brothers, J. D. Gentry and Buzz Gentry; her granddaughter Carol Ann Cook; and her great grandchild Christopher Eason.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Pulliam of Oakland, TN, Henry "Butch" Cook (Dremeda) of Memphis, TN, Billy Cook (Kathy) of Southaven, MS and Paladen Harris (Shawn) of Atoka, TN; and her sister Catherine Mullins of Oklahoma. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
