He was predeceased by: his father David Douglas, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Douglas; his daughter Hannah Douglas; his mother Dot Douglas; his sister Dottie Clayton of Brentwood; and his sibling's children, Courtney, Christina and Caleb.
