He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Kulze (Trinka). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kulze (Nelson); and his son Dietrich H. Kulze III (Lynne) of Billerica, Massachusetts.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
