He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Stovall and Alice Jamison Stovall; his son Jay Stovall; and his brother John Stovall. He is survived by: his wife Janice Holley Stovall; his daughter Leanne Stewart (Scott); his grandchildren, Holley Stewart and Sam Stewart; and his siblings, James Stovall (Jo) of Arlington, Adelaide Ashmore of Southaven and Birdie Haire (Glen) of Kentucky.
