It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emilie Goldberger Ratner of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her close friend Harold Katz; her children, Carl Ratner (Maxim Lukinsky), Susan Ratner (Claire Ryan) of Memphis and Yvette Ratner (Robin Jaffe) of Auburn, AL; and her granddaughters, Madeleine Ryan and Monique Ryan. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and a large extended family.
