We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Frances Reis Costa of Memphis, Tennessee, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Reis and Frances Armstrong Reis; and her husband Joseph G. Costa. She is survived by: her children, Joseph C. Costa (Annette) of Oakland, Gregory A. Costa (Jeanie) of Memphis, Francie Costa Emerson (George) of Collierville, Michael J. Costa (Suzy) of Chattanooga, Judi Costa Colloredo (Jim) of Germantown, John P. Costa (Karen) of Memphis and Jeanie Costa Torchio (Paolo) of Denver, Colo.; and also Pamela Ross. She is also survived by her husband of 49 years, the love of her life.
Funeral arrangements are pending and COVID restrictions will apply.
