She was predeceased by: her brothers, Harold and Malcom Tutor. She is survived by: her husband Joseph E. Sumner; her daughter LeAnn Parham (Gary); her grandchildren, Brittney Jackson (Shane) and Matthew Parham (Micah); and her sister Judy Elam. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
